Olde Hansa’s St. Olav’s Guild Celebration is a spectacular event filled with medieval traditions, similar to the Grand Guild Celebration. Guests are greeted with a welcome drink by the herald and troubadours, who also introduce medieval customs and perform music. The feast is shared among guests, with more food available on request. The highlight of the evening is the illusion dish.
